“I have cast fire upon the world, and look, I’m guarding it until it blazes.”

~ Jesus, The Gospel of Thomas

The Lost call for peace,
With tears born from ignorance,
While Cain breaks Abel,
Blinded by tearful experience.
Heaven and Earth churn on,
Rebirthing this bloody soup.

“I have no enemies-
I love you,” is so,
-Fucking- easy to say,
Peering from outside the glass,
Venom must flow somewhere,
Would you be a Christ?

“It stops with me,”
Are the only words.
A Cross the only anvil,
Over which Hate’s-
Blooded momentum,
Is broken, reforged.

Do you bear more,
Than the color of Man?
Do you set ablaze,
The ten-thousand things?
No peace without blood,
Choose yours, or theirs.

Self-righteousness,
Is for the righteous.
Judgment for those,
Of the same measure.
No peace without,
The same within.
